Reverse the whipsaw!
Take the best contract and wages from the better regional and strive for that. It's not shooting for the sky by any means but it's a start. If we don't do something soon they will bring us all down one by one to PSA and Pinnacle's level. No one regional can do it alone. Promise of new airplanes and flows will bring down any regional pilot group. You're lying to yourself if you think your group is any better.
Let's try to do it legally, let's try to do it together. Let's ignore the negativity that senior captains and management puts on here. Start a productive discussion if you can or just keep your thoughts to yourself otherwise.

You need to redirect your anger to the genius management groups that are having us fly for minimum wage. No regional gets paid fairly. We just take what we can get unfortunately and we need positive change. It's in our hands.
Fly safe, fly the contract, if you're sick then you're sick, if you're fatigued you're fatigued. Open time? Sure at at least 200%.
There are things we can do. We just need to do them together and at the same time. That's key. At the same time.
