I'm confused. American Eagle makes good sweaters and jeans. Who is this "RAH" , is that a RAlpH Lauren wannabe?

Why should they. If it's to raise pilot compensation that's not the way it works. If pilots don't like how much they are paid they know where to find the door. Mass exodus of pilots do to poor wages leads to results. Anything else, well you know the rest...........

Yawn. Come on guy, I even gave you a winkey face to make it all better.

No need to organize pilots should make their own decisions the first officers at Endeavor sure have. They are jumping off faster than rats off a sinking ship.

Well management is asking for concessions as a way to get flying from the majors but if you can't staff the flying then it's a moot point. Don't work at a regional that doesn't pay you what you think is fair. If you work there do your level best because you have agreed with that company that the compensation is right. When supply truly falls short of demand the regional airlines will be forced into raising compensation.

All in exchange for 12 additional interviews at mainline, some new aircraft and the promise that they are growth and not replacement.
The few senior pilots were very good at scaring the younger ones into voting yes. Coupled with the FACT that our MEC said specifically that Airways would close down PSA unless a yes vote. Now it's eagles turn. Enjoy the games. PSA is having a heck if a time trying to staff the current airframes. There is no way they can find 400 additional pilots. Management has degraded this industry so much and it's showing. What I don't get is that they want even more. They just don't get it. |
