I wish I was so optimistic. I can easily seeing it going to the pilots.

I'm usually pessimistic but if you look at our situation I don't see it going to a vote. Morale is incredibly low and I know talk is cheap but I have yet to talk to anyone who has had anything positive to say about the proposal let alone say they'd vote for it. The reps have sent out emails stating that they've received an incredible amount of feedback, which tells me the pilot group is active and angry. Usually only the minority write their reps but if we're seeing high turnout it probably means people writing against the proposal. All this coupled with the fact the senior pilots have an escape hatch to AA and the junior guys are leaving anyway.

I think AAG will not get the response they were expecting or looking for.

ORD and GSW want it to go to pilot vote. I think the hinge is on the MIA reps.

From what I'm hearing GSW will vote no, it actually hurts those guys really hard.

Who said ORD want it to go to a pilot vote? If the Reps of ORD vote to sent it to a pilot vote they will be gone. ORD is very much active and paying close attention to their reps.

According to our union reps this is exactly what they are hearing from us and EXJ MEC as well as their management didn't expect their response to the TA. Hope it's not all talk and no show. The EXJ current TA is better than AE current contract so even if they vote it in the AE pilots will not be out into a bad position. RAH is supposed to have a TA soon but everyone is awaiting for the EXJ TA. Well AE management wants it before then since they also know the response at EXJ has been very negative and RAH will drop a TA sometime in the next few weeks.

The ORD reps are spineless, remember those are the clowns who voted to send the last one to the pilots.

Now is the time to hold the line guys! We have to drag our feet at least until RAH gets their TA.

I don't see how the fear tactic of " Comaired " or shutdown will hold up. Go ahead and do it and I will collect unemployment for 2 years at about double the salary I am currently making
