No way this doesn't go to a pilot vote, quit fooling yourself.
Did you not read what I posted? We are saying the same thing.

Even if they want to shut you down, they can't do it immediately. It'll take years to shift that flying. Do you plan on being a regional lifer?
Well I bailed out of Eagle about 3 years ago, so my vote was "no" a while ago...

I haven't met a single pilot, FO or Capt, that is not utterly dumbfounded by our MECs spineless representation (ORD/MIA) Quite frankly most are pi $$ ed off that we are even considering this given the fact we can hardly hire any pilots, flights are being canceled for crew nonavailability etc. ALPA has failed miserably in the regional Airlines as far as creating a place where you can at a minimum earn a living wage. There are still several ways this could still fail or be dismissed. So we are a long long way away from a done deal. Based on the many discussions I've had, I don't see how this will pass, but it seems that some have "battered spouse syndrome" I.e. Your only truly loved when the company is beating you up. We literally hhave no knowledge of what it's like to try and negotiate from a position of leverage and strength.

Discusions dont mean anything. Everyone is a no voter when you ask. Then we get yes results miraculously

Pilota are the dumbest bunch of people when it comes to do anything collective. Imagine where we would be if psa and pncl said no.

If you are taking concesions when your mainlines are making billions, i dont know when you are going to ask for a raise.

Dumb really dumb

4 year pay freeze when most regional airlines can't even maintain adequate staffing levels? Let me know how that works out!
