I hope new negotiators. There is absolutely no reason to send these same guys back to the table. They have been beaten down to think that this is the best that they could get. If we send them back, they will change a couple of things and send another TA back to us that will likely pass by 51%.

It will be a new JNC. Wood answered this question at the IAH LEC meeting back in Nov.

I'd guess there will be a new MEC as well.

Any wagers on whether or not Uncle Rico is removed from office?

I didn't realize ASA/XJT were in bankruptcy with an 1113 about to be shoved down their throats. What cave have I been in?

Wind down.
And let Skywest pilots (SAPA)do the flying and continue the race to the bottom. The ball is squarely in their court now, NOT Eagle. Too bad they rushed their TA out before the vote results. Now they have a built in excuse to let their vote happen.

Nice work guys. Good luck with the next one. Let's stick together Eagle pilots.

It's DEFINITELY NOT BS. SAPA and the Skywest pilots have the ability to stop this whipsaw nonsense right NOW if they wanted to. But they don't want one list. The ball and spot light is all on them now.

And if you had heard my questions to BH on the conference call, you would know that I was a no vote since when I told the MEC during speakers corner before they decided to send this out to vote.

No reason to vote in a crap 10 year contract due to a 1113 prop. As soon as the company emerges from bankruptcy you start negotiating on a contract. Your not stuck with the 1113 for 10 years, but you can keep saying that if it makes you feel better about voting it in.
