According to the LOA, if ratified, FO payscale will increase 10% across the board. Only if it passes, of course.

But like every contract, it must be taken as a whole. The loss of overtime for reserves coupled with the 18 straight days away from home for commuters, make it a net loss of take-home pay for new hires due to lower credit hour potential on reserve. I voted no.

Yes there are, DOS+3 scale will go into effect this May regardless of LOA status. Goes up to DOS+5. Starting FO pay on the Saab as of May 6 will be $25.29 without the LOA.

From what I could tell, it seems that more money was given to the company via concessions than was given to the pilot group via raises. If the cost of this LOA is positive, it sure isn't statistically significant enough to even consider voting yes.

I see tho LOA as a "we need pay raises for the pilot group" but since there is no money for raises, we'll give up X, Y, and Z to be able to show we got "pay raises".

This LOA definitely falls under the "pulling the wool over the sheep's eyes" category.
