Banter? Hardly. My info comes from a very reliable cka. A guy that talks to the other sim cka and he sees the new hires fail, and get retrained, and fail again, get retrained, and finally pass (two last week btw). It is happening though regardless of what you think.
I don't know of a single pilot that works here that is happy with this mgmt team. Not a single cheerleader, drunk off of the company kool-aide. I DO know a lot of very good folks that feel cheated, lied to, miss-managed, etc and want nothing more then to see this place burn to the ground. This TA is a slap to the face.
An epic and utter failure. And it will not pass.

I personally know a gal that had her medical pulled for "episodes of random crying" that came with all sorts of pharmaceuticals as"cures". This person also busted a check or two. So where is she now?? Swinging gear at Delta!

In the last month. I have got emails from SkyWest, ExpressJet and now Rah for interviews. They say they are getting my stuff from Airlineapps. I have only applied to Delta and United on that website. Very odd.
