I'm not denying that FOs have gotten screwed, I'm saying no one should have to take a paycut to raise their wages. FO wages should be raised regardless of concessions taken at other seniority levels.

Now #3 will not be at the cost of the same or lower pay and QOL.

Same can be said about my comment at the end of the survey. The rest of it was a waste of time, and they definately needed a "none of the above" option for a few of the questions. FO pay is a joke, but guess what ALPA, so is all regional pay across the board. No concessions anywhere.

The sooner they realize that, the sooner some changes for the better can be made. Republic pilots, ALPA or not, have a great opportunity to send a stronger message than this survey could ever hope to accomplish.
