I'm quite certain the CRJs are going to DFW from what I'm told. Not sure who it will be flown by though. Expect some announcement soon along with an award of the 175's (or at least some of them).

On a pure curiosity standpoint I'm wondering if AAG has considered the mechanics. Are they gonna lease new planes to republic or Mesa or ???? But then say we have a bunch of mechanics we are gonna train to work on them and you pay us. The mechanics are another highly skilled labor group in short supply that can't be replaced overnight like an agent or FA. Lotta money in big hangers and equipment to draw eagle down to nothing and then have to try to sell all those assets. And without being under bankruptcy umbrella you can't terminate those long term leases with airports without some big fines. Maybe costing more than what they were trying to get out of us in the first place. You transfer all those CRJ to another carrier do mechanics go with. Now you have another seniority dispute.
On top of that our dispatch reliability at Envoy/eagle is much better than the 50 seat replacements. Look at on time change in LAX. All 3 station managers I've talked to are do happy eagle has come back and replaced chataqua on msn grr sdf because they say the flights are actually leaving on time and canceling less.
