Default Hiring Mins

Quick one.
Short 9 hours of multi time for the ATP ( atp already written ) can I apply to the regionals or should I get the 9 hours first? Can that time be made up during the simulator training before the atp check and type rating? Some companies are still listing 100 hrs min Multi time.. is that true or just old information?

Thanks.

Submit the apps now, get the hours as quick as you can. Airlines are all about seniority. Get in the first class you can at the airline of your choosing

Get your apps in now. Some regionals will let you make up the rest of multi during sim.

Dont mean to take over someones thread but I got a question of similar issue. What if someone had 1400 hours, all other requirements met or exceeded and actively flying. Lets say maybe 2-3 months by the time 1500 is reached.

It's worth a shot. Put it in now with an available date 2 months out. Interview now set up a class date with the airline of your liking and push hard to get your hours and get into class.

It can take up to three months or more for some companies to even review your resume and call you. Apply now and update monthly.

I know skywest and PSA would let you interview within 3 months of getting to your mins , so apply and hopefully you can get a class date as soon as you meet the mins. Also, I have seem ads in which PSA only requires 25 multi, Mesa also is hiring with 25 multi according to a guy I talked a week ago..

So basically apply now and see what happens. I just didnt want to apply and have it automatically reject me because im 9 hours short multi time.

Also suprised that it should take a few months for them to get back?? I thought the regionals as everyone says on the forums were looking for anything with a pulse?
