I was treated better at Colgan than I was at RAH... That should put things into perspective.

It seemed to me that the people who were the most vocal supporters/least infuriated by the company culture at RAH were at their first airline.

RAH is my second airline. They haven't treated me nearly as bad as my first airline.

Be careful what you say; saying good or positive things about RAH could be detrimental. It's all about perspective; the whiners on here that were(and are) spoiled children will always think that BB is satan because he doesn't give them everything NOW like mommy and daddy do.

So the company puts out a memo about the LOA stating that they want the LOA to include a pay raise for ALL pilots(not just current FO's).

To be more precise they appear to be offering the rejected TA rates for the pilot group.

LOL! Tell them to take the pay rates and shove it. You need the work rules. You fix your work rules and that would be pay increases. The pay rates are a smoke screen to delay the contract another 2-4 years.
