Moving after hire

Do any of the airlines ,specifically Skywest give pilots time to move & find a place to live once they get assigned a base? Driving a uhaul takes a bit of time.

XJT gives you 4 days after your IOE to move. You are getting paid your minimum at the time (it starts at the time you pass the PC) but the days are part of your min days off for the month, which I don't think is a big deal because you'll probably be sitting reserve anyway.

Skywest will give you 4 days after you finish IOE to move. They will automatically mark out it on your schedule, but you could probably ask to schedule it at your convenience.

You can deduct all of your moving expenses on your taxes which I have done before. Save all of your receipts including hotels, fuel, food, and truck. Every little bit helps out since we all will be paying higher taxes in the near future.
