That should work out good for the company. Because, everything they've implemented as "the Delta way!" Blew up in our face!

Then some of the 145s are being transferred to TSA and again being staffed by XJT pilots chasing the quick upgrade. You are being replaced by your fellow pilots for cheaper pay in exchange for a quick upgrade and you are in denial about it....

Wait till one of those guys shows up for the JS. Denied!

Don't forget that we are getting the EFBs in May/June and if you stay for 5 years (maybe I'm wrong, haven't had coffee this morning yet), you can keep it outright, so we will stay around beyond '18. Haha

How long do you think you have left before you're on the street Mr. Lifer regional guy?

Is there anything more sad than a lifer regional pilot? Rhetorical question Farley.

It's really not a copy of the DAL way since we don't have that relationship with them any more. It's the result of an industry-wide survey and data from aviation universities that do TEM studies as they relate to procedures and checklists.

In the end it'll be a vast improvement once the growing pains are over.

ALPA did crap for Comair pilots after shutdown. I did get one free year of the most expensive magazine subscription! Then a bill if I wanted to continue getting it! That was the ONLY personalized communication I received from my union. The only reason we got a payout by delta was because they were afraid of the chaos that would ensue to their operation during the shutdown. It was a bribe, pure and simple.

Why does that surprise you? That's been going on for decades. Mainline got pilots to relax scope by Offering a
a bribe. Look at PSA, Envoy, Endeavor etc.
