Default GO JETS TSA here we go again???????

Anyone else see another TSA/GO JETS thing happening with Colgan & Pinnacle.

Pinnacle Air Holdings buy colgan to get around the union at pinnacle and transfer all those shiny jets to colgan (non union) and pay the pilots there peanuts and cut their costs whilst ****ing the entire industry off!! Why else would a RJ company buy a non unionised company like colgan who fly EAS routes and Turbo Props????

Interesting theory.. hopefully CJC wouldn't be in charge of RJ maintenance. They would have those babies covered in speed tape in no time haha

it wont be a gojets/tsa deal. That was a spinoff. This will be the mini skywest/asa deal, and pcl pilots will get whipsawed. Flying for peanuts? 2nd yr FO colgan pilots make 1 dollar less an hour than pcl FO pilots. I'm sure the holding company will do everything it can to keep the pilot groups seperate. Pcl pilots stand to lose more potentially than the colganites. IF PCL makes changes to outstation basing, upgrade times, or pay, colgan will lose a lot of pilots. They paint the picture all rosey, but this has skywest/asa written all over it

true, colgan is losing a lot due to upgrade times and 2nd yr fo pay. PCL isn't doing much better. I'd guess that a lot of ppl will try to leave both if they dont come out with some solid answers soon
