I'm a little biased about CommutAir since I work there but I have to say the training is very good. All training is done by line pilots. There is something inherently better about having line guys teach...especially the new hires. The instructors work very hard with the new hires because it benefits all involved. More new hires mean more upgrades and our little airline continues to do well. Sometimes being a small company has its perks.
I agree 100% CommutAir has a great training department. Everyone I have done training with was awesome and really did everything to help you succeed
