Are all regionals paying for CTP now?

I just started with ExpressJet (ASA side) and they send anyone without a written completed to Houston (paid). I finished CTP on a Tuesday evening and was in class the next Monday morning. We have more Captains than first officers currently, so they are looking for new hires. With the new contract extension, pay is pretty good and benefits are good as well.

My question is, does that lengthen the training period for pilots needing the R-ATP as opposed to pilots coming in with non-expired writtens (or who already have the ATP)? By how long and what would the impact be?

Thanks. So, I have the ATP knowledge complete, but I need to have the checkride done by 7/31. That's the problem. If typical training takes 3 months, I'd be OK if I started class end of April or beginning of May. If I don't get into class until later, I could blow that 7/31 deadline. So I'm wondering what the airline would do in that case. This might be a question to ask a recruiter?

Other regionals' mileage may vary.

I have searched, but it seems to be changing. What regionals do not require any training agreement for taking the ATP-CTP course?
I believe ExpressJet does not have contract. Anybody know about Endeavor?
Not that I'd plan on taking off in a short period of time after getting hired, but the more flexibility the better.

Best thing to do is get on the horn and ask!

One small note for everyone to remember: The ATP-CTP course does NOT prepare you for the ATP exam. The ATP-CTP course gives you permission to take the ATP exam. The material covered in ATP-CTP is not the material that the ATP exam tests.
So if you do get sent to an ATP-CTP class, make sure you're studying the ATP test material as well so you can pass the test.
