5% of 7.6 Billion = 380 Million.
380 Million divided by 110,000 employee's = $3454.55
Many pilots will likely receive a larger share due to higher annual earnings (of course this is assuming another profitable year similar to 2015). Your numbers could be accurate if 2016 profits are down around -79% from 2015.

You guys need to work on your math. Using 2015 numbers:
5% of 7.6 Billion = 380 Million.
380 Million divided by 110,000 employee's = $3454.55
Pilots will likely receive a larger share due to higher annual earnings (of course this is assuming another profitable year similar to 2015). Your numbers could be accurate if 2016 profits are down around -79% from 2015.

That's some pretty impressive optimism.

Nowhere did I say a regional FO would get more than a 777 Captain. Obviously they will get a larger piece due to higher annual earnings. I'm comparing pilot groups to the agents, baggage handlers, FA's, secretaries, office workers, and all the many thousands of people/groups working here making quite a bit less money.

To correctly calculate the percentage each employee will receive in profit sharing checks, you need to add up all the salaries of all employees eligible for profit sharing and use a formula which includes the 5% of AA's pretax income being offered.

No. Of course not. What I meant was many Regional Captains, some FO's and all the Mainline pilots, (as I said in the earlier post) will likely receive more than the mean number.
