It seems like every new thread were discussing the same old topics.
So if you’re new to the regional industry ask your questions here.
If you've been here awhile give your opinion of the regional industry in 2 sentences or less.
Lets keep these posts quick and to the point for those who don’t know the state of the regionals.
I’m tired of hearing the same posts over and over

I'm just curious why you have to have "X" amount of posts to use the search function. On another unrelated forum they make you signup then only have the search function available for 48 hrs before you are allowed to post. I've noticed some just start posting to meet the requirement.
You could also make it like Yahoo! questions where you are awarded points for answers based on the reviews and have to have "Y" amount of points to ask a question.

Jet is better of course.
In general, in regards to the major airlines all civilian flight time is equal. Furthermore, all flight time above 2000 hours is meaningless unless it is in the left seat and moreover in the left seat of a 121 turbine or jet preferably.
A pilot career is born on the first day of line flying as a turbine or jet captain. Everyday leading up to that point is wasted time. If a pilot is furloughed or laid off prior to upgrade then he might as well have been working the ramp. FO time is near worthless other than serving to mark the days waiting to upgrade.
