Default Regional flow through not requiring 4 degree?

Hey everyone, I was just wondering if anyone knew of any Regional flow throughs to the Legacy carriers that are not requiring you have a 4 year degree?

And does it help at all if I have a 2 year university diploma? or only degrees count?

Thanks alot,

Matt

Envoy's flow to AA does not require a 4 year degree. Only a HS diploma or it's equivalent.

Go to one of AA's wholly owned regionals so you can flow to mainline with the rest of the winners who don't want to put in the effort to get an education.

Getting a 4 year degree isn't rocket science and can be done on the side. I got my degree while working full time before I came to the airlines. It's not too difficult to juggle both.

If you don't go to college you are missing out on a ton of great life experiences and a decent education. You don't need to major in aviation you can get any degree you like. I got my Bachelors in Aerospace Engineering and I am almost done with my MBA. Don't listen to the haters; a college degree is worth every penny.

I'd consider this....why would you give someone/organization an opportunity to tell you "No". A degree isn't the end all by any stretch, but the fact is it's a qualifier for opportunity, hands down. If you can knock one out, you should...regardless of the pain. Nobody says it has to be in Quantum Physics.....but by not having one you are absolutely allowing a "No" or "sorry not qualified" to be thrown at you. That extends beyond this line of work as well. So, look out for yourself and work for opportunity through personal accomplishment.
