Saab why did your stay at ALB? Your number could have held a decent line at another base?
You say QOL was bad, it could only have been better at another base. Maybe Jamestown?
I've talked to some Colgan 1900 pilots in ALB and they say you're an absolute tool, so maybe it wasn't all Colgan. Maybe you thought you were better than CJC.

The only Beech guy I have ever talked to in ALB was the FO who had to go down to the Brain Factory with his lawyer to get his paycheck, yeah theres a class act airline.
Why dont you go ask Mike W, Gill B, Falvio C, Paul, & James what they thought about me. If your going to lie you have to come up with something better than " I talked to the Beech guys"............thats sad, just plain sad
The sad part is you are defending an airline that treats its pilots like slaves, when has your company ever gone to bat for you???????? I know when they bust guys on their PC's becuase they had the balls to stand up to the poor management at COLGAN, Sad thing is you are comfortable at Colgan makin 40 bucks and hr as CA, goodluck with yuor future sounds pretty bright

I just transferred to IAH.
I have 15 days off a month, overnight evernight I'm on a trip, no part 91, deadheading or ferry flights. The pay is rediculous. I hate the pay, but the flying is fun and the saab is classic.
My point is you had it terrible...no one is denying that. But you had the chance to make it better and you didn't. You made your bed now sleep in it.

I also did leave ALB, I went to ABE which was slightly better, but the Company stayed the same, I don't think I ever said anything bad about the SAAB, I personally loves the thing. I have been at Expressjet 3 months second year FO pay will probably make more than a 1st year CA at COLGAN, I understand PIC is PIC, however 1,000PIC just gives false hopes of moving on.
