newgrad just remember next time you have to hold and go over your blocktime by 45 minutes, your doing it for free. I know its not your fault, its management. But youll never win on here arguing that mesa is a good company.

I forgot about that, let me tell you how my day went today, lets see I was scheduled for 7.5 hrs of flying, I didnt leave CLE until the afternoon cause of the airport closure, so I only did 1 of my 4 legs, or out and in time accumulated to 1.5 hrs, guess what???????????? I am on reserve and I am still pay protected for 7.5hrs, not to mention we were over block by 10 minutes so I actually got 7.5hrs pay plus 10 minutes, and because of the crazy schedule today I was supposed to be done by 11PM tomorrow night, well now I will be released to my days off when I get back to EWR at 10am, and still get paid for the 6.5 hrs of flying that I will not be doing, hows that for a good company and great contract?

New-hire brainwashing courtesy of JO (how was that luncheon BTW?).
Don't worry, he'll come to his senses in a few months after sufficient shafting from the company...
How about all those -8 Mx canxs? Ooops! They would actually have to PAY you for MX canx, so they will simply do an "equipment upgrade" to a 200...no $$$ for you!
Come back in four months and we'll give you the gouge for that SKW interview

emj-
Appreciate the obvious guy comments, chief. If you would open your eyes, you would find that this thread was not about the quality of mesa airlines, but instead about the quality of the MAPD grads. Saab began his sh!t parade, and changed the topic.
The only thing I attested to were the quality of my fellow airmen here at Mesa, and that fact that Mesa air group has a reasonably good safety record. Noted: the air midwest crash around 5 years ago. All I said, is that in comparison to most, Mesa has good safety record.
So, emj, you're right I won't win the arguement because I didn't and won't start it. Now go give saab a high five, a kiss, and ask him to see his per diem check; I think it was for $1650.
