1st of all, what downward slide? Republic got a new contract that included significant pay raises, Envoy now has a similar pay scale to PSA's

As far as the other things. We HAD ZERO NONE NADA changes to vacation, and since we singed our deal no one's pay has decreased, in fact it was higher, even before we signed our most recent deal. So again:

NO CHANGES to vacation, and our pay went up. Did our insurance cost increase? Yes. Mine has increased 5 dollars a month. Do you consider that a concession?

Mine went up about $30 /month. Not bad considering many people I know are having their premiums increase by hundreds of dollars /month.

Guess you can't read. Goes to show the lvl of talent hired at psa. I'll spell this out real slow--rpa and envoy voted down crappy ta's wanting to raise the bar---here comes psa and votes in a sub standard, bar lowering, concessionaire contract with huge gives in the way of pay (less step progression), health care pilot pay increases, etc. you guys had a chance to raise the bar but fell victim of sjs. Your pay is still substandard compared Awac, rpa,
Skywest, gojet, horizon, and compass just to name a few. One question, do they teach you how to act so childish on the radio in indoc? Or is that just the natural talent at psa?

You do realize that PSA voted down there 900 rates when Dougie first offered them. He just turned his head and gave them to Mesa. Did Mesa take them? Hell ya they did and without batting an eye.
When offered again PSA took them because guess who would've gotten more 900's???? That's right Mesa!
Stop making PSA look worst then they are. They played the game and won.

You do realize that is not what happened, correct?

I have actually never heard anyone that works for PSA talk on guard. Ever.

If you hear people talking on guard, they are probably just trolls that work for other airlines. Much like yourself.

Please point me to a carrier that took a pay cut due to PSA's deal. Or any concessionary contract at all.

Yes I find immense Entertainment telling these guys how good they don't have it. Oh--but wait they get flow and $69 an hour for capt. At step 3. That's so nice it's still below first year legacy fo pay.
