BTW, what is going on with your guys' contract? Any news?

Why do they deserve it? It's business. While slaphappy has one horrible way of delivering news people at skywest should be happy their company is expanding. At least for the moment. It means more job stability. Granted it can all turn in a second. But none the less they should be proud of their company for expanding.

I have to eat my words from before becuase for the first time since august, there has been progress with the contract. The management team is giving into some of our scheduling desires dealing with highspeeds and junior manning. Its a small step, but to see that they are meeting 5 days this week is encouraging. It wouldn't be you guys, it would be us because its jets. You guys are the prop guys. As far as the merging of our lists, I don't know whats going on with that but no matter what happens, attrition will take care of it. Even if we merge, we will become a stronger force and at the rate that people are leaving, it wont make much of a difference. As far as you saying we deserve it,
, well thanks, but we have had tremendous growth ever since 2000 because we are cheaper than other airlines. I would like to see a company like Air Wisconson get some growth with their pay rates. I would like pinnacle to be high average or one of the top paying regionals when our contract is done before I would like to see a 76 seat jet in Delta colors. If they give them to us, we fly them oh well, but we will see what happens.

Mikey says if we get a union we won't get the Q400. Pinnacle MEC says if we don't get a union they will get the Q400. Looks like we're screwed

XJT is going to LAX. ASA is closing the LAX base and XJT is moving in.
