Long call vs. short calls fluctuates around and the exact number isn't posted as far as I know. In general, people can hold long call if they are at least half way up the reserve list. This gets harder to do as you look at more commuter-type bases.

We get 12 days off/month on reserve.

I bid minimum credit each month as well as being very picky about which days off I want. For December I got 17 days off with the 20th through the 28th off. I'm a CMH FO with just over two years on property. That puts me just into the top half of the FO list for my base. YMMV
Very helpful, thank you for your responses.

Happy Holidays!

Couple of more questions.

How long is the "long call" call out time?
How many long calls vs shorts call a month?
How many days off a month on reserve?
How many days off on a mid seniority level line?
Long call is 1 LCR for every 10 SCR and it is system wide. So there is no set number. Some bases may have many Long calls while others have none. It is not given to us where they expect the LCR's to be so it's a complete guess until awards are out.

12 days off as a reservist or a line holder.

I'm under a year on property and received a min credit line with 19 days off this month and 11 days off over the holidays...

This thread has been a huge help!

What is the reserve time looking like for the IND base? How much flying typically there?

Default December Bases

Couldn't agree more, I find this very helpful. Also is there any news on the December classes and what Bases were awarded.

Also curious of the average reserve and upgrade times.

How does Republic work seniority per class? Socials or age? How many in a class at the moment?
