I don't mean to sound like a dick, but if you can't make it through the training here (not saying it's easy if you've never flown a jet before, but they make it as easy as possible) you really should probably consider some other kind of flying.
Coming from a 135 background with everything from in-airplane middle-of-the-night turboprop training to Level-D 135 PIC jet type rating training, this program is one of the easiest to tackle I've ever encountered. The instructors are very helpful and everyone does the best they can to help you succeed. Ten sim sessions. Ten. That's more time in a sim than I took to do my whole private. All you have to do is learn the flows and calls (stupid simple in this airplane) limitations / bold and italic items, study a bit for systems, and they spoon feed you the rest.
I use spoon feed as a relative term... some might see the spoon more as a shovel, but trust me when I say it doesn't get much easier than this airplane.
They will tell you when you aren't doing well, they'll work with you to correct any weak spots (including extra sims to a point). If you feel behind, tell someone as soon as you can - they'll work with you. The people who don't do well are those who are too stubborn to admit that they have a weak spot or those who don't take it seriously.
Also we're AQP for recurrent, just not initial.
