Pay bump in 2018
A fellow CFI at my flight school has a cousin who flies Republic and he got a picture from his cousin showing starting FO pay going up to $50.16 an hour in 2018. Anyone else familiar with this?

We started negotiations but I haven't heard from anyone what the rates could be. I think us (RAH) and others will have to match Endeavor otherwise hiring will suffer even more. The question is how long will it take to work out a deal and will we already be behind the hiring curve by then(If we aren't already)...

Friends of friends who know someone do not negotiate pilot contracts, Union do inRAH case Local 357.
There will be a lot of he said and she said in the end it will come down to a ta vote. We will accept or reject it enmass no matter who get flying on whose line spirrured by loose lips.
Let’s us hope that both sides come to a reasonable wage with decent work rules so we can both work with including soft time.
Let us see how it unfolds over the next few weeks / months and once again be the highest paid Regoinal.
I think $25.00 would be a nice cherry across the board would sweeten the deal.
