The flow doesn’t have much value, because the time from new hire at WO to AA is pretty excessive. This isn’t 2007, and all legacies are hiring, so 6-8 years to flow is just too long. This will not change in the future, and I suspect they will have to increase compensation some. If I he captain attrition hits 20 a month, then they have a problem.
I honestly doubt the WO will look the same as what it is now in the future.

At my WO the attrition is strangling us... and yes everyone now has apps out... you'd be silly not too... January was a slap in the face of the flow... since we're so small.. losing 5 mote captains than planned is a major problem.

I do, but they (all the regionals) won't listen to lowly pilots like us that meet all the requirements but stay on the sideline for the QOL issues to get resolved. I wish they would make those changes because we would then go for it.
