A (any) rolling consecutive 365 day period. Not “a year”... was the point. So the point being you could be “timed out” one week but not the next week depending upon your schedule in the previous “new” 365 look back compared to the week before.

I NEVER pick up open time. Gonna be $60K or better in 2018 barring something crazy. It’s possible. $80K probably not but $60K is not unreasonable. The trade boards are your friend. Help your coworkers out and you never even need to look at the opentime.

I worked min credit or within 10 hours of it almost every month of 2017 and my W-2 said $44K. I was a second year FO most of that year. That doesn't include per diem. That was on the old pay scale. So I would say yes, if you pick up every tradeboard listing you see and you bid for high credit to begin with, $60K+ should be definitely attainable.

I am planning on interviewing next week. I was curious if any recent news hires can give me any pointers on what areas of the ATP questions I should concentrate on for the 20 minute iPad written test one has to take?

It's totally random as far as I know. When I went through nobody in my interview group had the same questions. I'm not sure what app they use but it's multiple choice like you would find anywhere else. I didn't have any that required any real math.

The word is, is the SheppardAir interview prep course will cover everything. Be aware, it is about a 900 question bank. If you're going to use it, you probably ought to get started.
