Presently, we start a new class every Tuesday. We were told that will likely be the pace through 2020.
When I see an atp ctp course, those students come back to my class about less the two weeks later
The new hire foot print is 45 days. That is day one to the line check after ioe it his been running about 90 days on the calendar to do it.
It has been about two months to complete the ground and flight training to wait for the call to ioe.
To help illustrate, the first October class has their checkrides scheduled starting December 5rh.
This is currently working well by starting a class every Tuesday. We are going to start 5 new hire classes this month.
Hope that paints a picture you can work with.

I have been in the Pilot Prep program since last October when I just finished getting my Commercial Pilot's license. I have been working as a Flight Instructor since January. I have almost 1100 as of today and my scheduled class date for Indoc is the March 10, class. I am getting nervous as we haven't been doing much flying the last few days in the Northeast because of the weather we are having.
However, I can't wait until I start training.
