Some people have SJS and refuse the information written in front of them. His “friend” will find out shortly.

At that point, prospective pilots don't trust them. Without prospective pilots (again, down the road), planes don't fly, and thus revenue doesn't come in.

They seemed to recover alright last time. No? "Hire to you fire" is the airline way.

Even though some are still bringing in brand new FOs,

Who is still hiring heavy? (honest question) I have a bud in PSA indoc right now, he said the classes early next year have been put on hold as well.

Really don't know, RPA is really the only Regional I keep close tabs on as an Alumni. Former student of mine had a RPA date cancel, luckily he was able to get a class date with SkyWest in a couple weeks. So I know there are still a few out there talking people with zero Part 121 hours.

A couple of days before you posted is when they spoke. Could things change? Of course. It’s the 121 world and no one is ever safe from bad news in this industry. All I did was tell you the most current info about my friend, but you seem hellbent on being right lol

Idk what’s sadder, your life and lies here on APC or you wanting my friend (and everyone else in the class for that matter) to get cucked because you’re trying to prove a point. Pathetic.

Mesa still has an fo deficient on the 175. Hiring heavily for that.

As mentioned, even those with over 500 are pushed that far.

“This means regardless of your place on our waitlist, you should not expect to be placed into class any sooner than Q3 of 2023.”

That last part is true. If an airline is furloughing while others are hiring, though, then that's different.

Sure can be. Let's give 'em time and see how it shakes out. Most of the regionals, regardless of how they are hiring now, seem to be fat on CAs.

Surely you meant FOs?
