Congratulations to CommutAir and their 32% pay raise. That now puts them at 53/Flt hour (knocking Republic, SkyWest, & Air Wisconsin in the bottom 3….YX & OO lead the bottom of the pay scale for Year 1 F/O’s on the E175). Training classes will be getting smaller and smaller with this current 45-46/hr pay meanwhile, Spirit & Frontier & JetBlue have lowered Mins to hire 1500TT CFI’s

It is a shame you don’t support raising pay for your co-workers. If you don’t get new hires, your seniority will stop growing. Then as the ones below you and the most jr leave, you’ll be back on reserve. When that happens, no complaining allowed.

You mean the pay raise where they still make less than our CAs and barely more than our FOs and we still have our contract coming? Cool story bro

Nice straw man on your first sentence. On the rest please post numbers comparing RPA's recruiting compared to other Regionals and point out how the others are doing much better. Thanks in advance.

None of them are going to be doing well when the CFI can go straight to a ULLC, so they need to get the contact negotiations done ASAP.

Did you tell your Union rep your concerns?
