Upgrade times are BS. The contract at rah is a joke and Bedford will never treat pilots like human beings. Hes a slob of a ceo. Good luck man

The pay sucks at all regionals its a stepping stone i think upgrade time is what matters the most to most pilots at the time !

People with this level of grammar, punctuation, and speech ( not to mention the mentality) need to go to Republic.

They deserve each other.

The rest of you with any level of education and self respect would do well by staying as far away from Republic as possible.

Can I ask where you are?

With writing skills like that and your obvious inability to do even basic research by using this very message board, I'd suggest another career path.

I am not kidding.

I agree with you. I enjoy my job as well. Could it be better? Absolutely, but it could also be much worse. I try to be part of the solution, not the problem.

To the OP, you never know what will happen in the future, so you need to plan for the worst and hope for the best (my mama always said that). Pick an airline with a base you would like to live in, has good (relatively) work rules, and the best pay you can get. That probably means Skywest for you. After talking to guys from Republic, I would not go there.

People who post and slew absolutely meaningless drivel; such as came out of your mouth; need to leave the industry. Or invest in a noose.

I think there are more people who would love to leave this industry than you think. I for one am nowhere near where I thought id be, but the cost of changing careers is prohibitive.
