I'm not Endeavor and have no ties to them, but you're coming off as someone who will try at anything to get those below you to try and save RAH from folding up on you. Endeavor: $160,000 or RAH: $110,000 over 3 years, seems like a pretty big difference you are trying to mask.

Well it looks like Delta is ramping up again. Their retirement numbers aren't at the level they've been hiring at. Close to 2000 since the beginning of 2014 and another 700+ this year. Delta looks to be positioning itself to replace its regoinal feed with its own fleet and pilots.

The only question is will UAL and AA respond in time before Delta aborbs too many from the non-regional fleet?

I am happy to inform you that Delta has increased its training slots for the first and second quarters of 2016 as we anticipated. Each of you who presently hold a CJO will receive a training class assignment not later than April, 2016. (Please disregard this email if we have already placed you in a training class)

IMPORTANT NOTICE! We have instituted a new process for offering training class slots to all of our CJO holders. We will no longer call you to offer a class assignment because that process is too inefficient. We will now send you an email offering you a training class assignment and we will need to receive your response within 24 hours after receiving this email! Please ensure that your contact information is correct on your AirlineApps application because that is the information we will use to contact you.

Your response will have to be returned to us via email or FAX and the critical action on your part is to return the required forms to us indicating your acceptance within 24 hours of the receipt of our offer so please check your email on a daily basis.

Congratulations on your upcoming class date and we look forward to welcoming you to Delta’s Flight Operations Team!

Since the only reason people want to go 121 is year 1-3 pay, why not just keep the Endeavor brainwashing rolling.

The only posts I see for the past 5 months on APC are the Endeavor-is-the-best-you-can-ever-dream-off propaganda and the I-want-RAH-dead-and-gone crowd like 404yxl.

Hope one day it goes back to less partisanship and more balance.

Ha, I'm not trying to "mask" anything. But when someone asks a specific question about a specific airline, it'd be nice to get an answer in return instead of "why not just go to Endeavor." For someone having no ties, you sure have a pretty strong allegiance to them.

You guys want to continue to mask the pay disparity that exists for years 1-3 of $160,000 to $110,000. That is as balanced of an example as you can give a new hire. This isn't about wanting RAH or anyone else to fail, it's about giving new hires right info, which some of you want to ignore.

With all due respect, if they were inquiring about which regional then great, that would be an appropriate response. But this thread is about "Republic after the contract". Some people have legitimate question about life as a pilot after the new contract. It gets old to see recruiters and cheerleaders infiltrating some of these threads and derailing the conversation.

Why is RAH stock at 2 bucks again?
Is bankruptcy still a possibility there?
I'm thinking about buying some shares.
Any insight from people at RAH that might help me decide?

It's probably a good idea to wait for the next earnings call.
