When does the monthly guarantee pay start? Is it after Indoc? Or after 4 weeks regardless of which phase of training you're in?

Thanks

Company posted 50 FO vacancies. If you are an FO , there isn't a base that you can go to within six months. If now Phl right away, ewr is just around the corner and its growing.

You will get lga republic base right away. Most of the hiring is being done in to republic. We haven't hired into shuttle for months now.
Lga republic is very junior on FO side and will run that way until the shifting of flying to lga stops.

I thought stock price was an indication as to whether or not a company was healthy. All those really profitable companies have really low stock prices.

seattlepilot- how long for MIA? Within 6 months as well?

What do the junior lines look like in NY/MIA?
Which bases does Republic serve in NY (EWR, LGA, JFK)?
Is the parking of a/c increasing the upgrade time or not (since RAH is understaffed currently)

I can't currently answer your first 2 questions because I don't have the info in front of me. YX currently only has an EWR and LGA base but does flying into all 3. It is difficult to determine the movement with regards to upgrade right now, but I foresee a temporary stalling of upgrades with guys transferring from the Q and likely the 145. Once those finish I believe upgrades will continue at a steady pace.

Like others have said, LGA is a good junior base on the Republic ticket. MIA isn't junior. There are actually a good numbers of seniors holding reserve at MIA. In the best case, one could get MIA within 9 months to a year and be on reserve there for longer than other bases.
