I haven’t looked hard enough but I was wondering what they agreed to. By that account, that is terrible. In this day and age, our regional contracts should only raise the bar for others.

Things are pretty good. We’re all waiting for whatever is next. A new base perhaps. Who knows. I’m most curious where those 12 mesa 175s will go. No way they can staff those, especially in the wake of that horrendous TA presented recently.

You're talking SkyW or rjet?

Skywest. They just passed a subpar pay package (can’t call it a contract because it is just pay, oh and no union).

They got some QOL improvements but nothing major. It's honestly a huge loss for their pilot group.

Don’t confuse QOL with pay.

Any info on how long it takes to get through training once you start?

Where do you guys do your ATP/CTP course?

Also, how many hours do you average a month/year? And how is the upgrade time looking now?

I think it’s done at aerosim in Dallas. My friends did it there.

I’ve flown 820 hours in the past 12 months. EWR based. I’ve had a line for 11 of those months. But I averaged 15 days off and I didn’t pick much up.

I’m still on pace for a 2.5 year upgrade award. Meaning training will start at around 2.75 years longevity. But they really need to hire more on the back end to keep up with the people leaving.
