Am I reading the new MEC update correctly that the whole "no using SIC as PIC to upgrade" debacle is over? Does this mean we can go back to applying the loophole and upgrading <250hr PIC guys again?

So hows the future looking over at piedmont nowadays? New planes? New routes instead of lost routes at LGA? Anything to give new hires confidence in Piedmont Airlines!

Direct from Ask Piedmont we are just losing freq's out of LGA but after the July transaction the only thing out of LGA we will be doing is PHL-LGA-PHL.

On another note the extremely active rumor mill has spouted a new one. 906, 907, 908 have been sold to the USAF at the end of the year and a -300 is going through return to lessor checks(take it(with a giant grain of salt) or leave it)
