I think we are at 452 or something like that on the latest seniority list

They're probably not too worried about staffing yet given how much open time is getting picked up. It's cheaper to pay pilots a little extra to surge than it is to bring more on property in the long run. Eventually they're going to have to do more to recruit more applicants, but as long as dudes are willing to bend over for extra flights they're not going to feel any big rush.

Well if you're gonna bend over then it's good to make close to a grand a day. That's what I've heard a few were making with the deal they got.

I've got no shame in my game...$10,000 last month. Others made way more. It is $1000-1500 per day at least for a CA on a triple premium mission. $500-750+ for a FO. I actually like being somewhat understaffed you can almost name your own price and travel option.

Exactly, I like the option of banking more $ when I want to. Take advantage of it while it's available.

Right. Which is why the flow depends on new hires coming in.

The flow is the flow. They have to take people not matter what. However if you mean a certain level of pilots on the property increases the flow then 'yes' you are correct.

yeah that number for May was just the first class. So that number will be bigger by at least a few.

No, not at all. We flow three a month, per the contract. They can hold those off for a few months, but at the end of the year, 36 guys have to flow regardless of new hires.

The are dis-incentivized to meter or stop the flow. Plenty of people are staying/ coming here based on that flow. They know if they cut it off, they will have an exodus. There's plenty of good work to be had right now, and not all of us are married to our jobs.
