We all know there won't be enough pilots. So, which plane gets parked first? The E145 or the E175?

They continued to operate wholly owned 50 seat jets during the last downturn and rise in oil. There is no reason to suspect they wouldn't do the same thing in the event prices rise again ESPECIALLY with all the flying coming back in house and to mainline. Good things btwOriginally Posted by Cujo665
Yes, agreed. A valuable resource. So, when that fleet goes away through fuel costs or large RJ staffing needs... will they merge, or recycle with preferential hiring? Which would you do? We all know there won't be enough pilots. So, which plane gets parked first? The E145 or the E175?

Also, 50 seaters aren't the future here at PDT. Temporary solution as we transition into a different airline.
