Hopefully our fatigue calls coincide with this.. I've been jr manned 3 times already.. I should have legitimately been fatigued for two of them.. I was exhausted..

When flights begin to cx due to lack of crews things may start to change. Still surprised heads haven't rolled over the inability to get new hires through training in anything remotely like a timely fashion. That hurts our ability to hire and destroys the staffing at the airline. It's not like they didn't have the time to plan the training for the massive hiring associated with the growth and flow. Always amazed never surprised~quote of the airline

The bigger concern should be the inability to get upgrades through as well.. I was matched with an upgrade and at no time did I feel they were training them to be a captain.. rather it's just an evaluation every SIM...

You know.. You talk to jp and ws and they are like deer in the headlights.. unfortunately pilots don't make very good administrators.. they really need some horsepower that that had project planning experience in that department.. time to get a someone with with a project management background and aviation experienced in to help out.. just my 0.75 cents..
