Ain't that the truth. He's already shown himself to be a class act. Remember those couple of weeks in April when things were crazy and they ran us all into the ground? He had the decency to send a letter out at least acknowledging the issues we had-Everyone else was silent.

I'm cautiously optimistic. Better pay, better schedules, respect to the grunts.. If you build it they will come..

People are walking around like zombies.. Plus those taking Triple Premium pay are plumb worn out.. I really want to see the best for this place since there are wonderful people here, but I hate seeing people taken advantage of. Pilots are no longer plentiful, treat us as the precious resource we are in this market. Too many FOs are leaving.

No we are not kidding. Call me crazy, but I have enjoyed my time here at PDT. Now there is a good probability of making it better and improving upon some of our historical negatives. Being an eternal optimist, I am pretty excited about what is to come.

If big changes haven't been announced by June 15 i.e. Mgmt positions, scheduling, staffing solution and airplane news... I'd start to be concerned. Go big or go home time for Lyle if he wants PDT to succeed.

I'm sure he has a vision and some things are already in the works. I'm giving it about 6 months to see real change though.

Yup.. I'm giving it till the end of the year. Or I'm going to commutair.. collecting the bonus and than leaving 121.. life is too sorry to waste my best years...
