The pilot recruiting page on PDT's website says upgrades are running 18-24mo's. Is this true of PIC qualified people that are hired now, or is that based on the idea of getting hired with the FO mins?
Is the flow really working out as simple as they make it sound?
Also, how do you guys on property feel about the 145's, think they'll do some direct hiring onto them?
Anyway, I'm sure these are answered somewhere in the last 652 pages, but thought I'd ask and maybe get some current information while I troll through those. Thanks guys.

The flow is doing its job and will continue to do so as long as the people keep coming in. Our classes are full and we are running two a month now.
New hires starting I would imagine around september will be directly for the 145 since operations are planned to start january 1

How tough would the commute be to PDT bases from BNA or MEM? Are the lines commuter friendly at all? I was looking hard at PSA because of the "ease" of commute if you can call it that, but hearing good things about PDT as well..thanks!

I honesly have not looked into it but if you figure it out let me know i used to live in the memphis area. We will be having a hub open in PHL so that would be an easy commute that is also where our 145's will be.
