I'll be long gone by then but a merger of the two wouldn't be a bad thing.
Because look how many pilots they are recruiting as you "grow"
Further it stopped all the envoy pilots during all our displacements from going to the dash which will be gone soon. When the musical chairs end, expect the merger. I'd say 18 months.

Yeahh because you are just recruiting the sh!t out of people for your 175s. They would be more likely to keep us as factions for 5 years or more. I would fully expect PDT to apply for 175s to be added once the 145s are established...they already tried once...FAA wants to slow our roll a bit. I agree with this baby steps approach.

And I'd imagine the PDT pilots would be more then willing to give a little back on your contract to get those 175's, all in the name of growth!

Tell me, why do you think PDT would "apply" for 175's and why would AAG award them?

Don't have to give anything, the provisions for 175a are already in our agreement. Application is an FAA thing...want to see ops with 145s first...then willing to grant 175 approval in a few years. AAG would award as pieces fall into place.

Dude, you gotta start making some sense. I'm trying to understand his rational that AAG would want to put 175's at PDT, when they fought us tooth and nail to try and get an acceptable contract for large RJ's here. That and just what a PDT pilot would do to try and get those 175's all in the name of growth.

But to answer your vague question, I'm not worried in the least. Just perplexed. Like you, I'll be long gone by then.

So when you say "award as the pieces fall into place", at what point do the 40 175's plus next 90 options come into place?

You seem to talk a lot of crap without knowing wth you're talking about.

Yes many of us will be gone. Actually I'll never see the inside of a 145.

You're not missing much. It's a POS and I'm glad I'm not on it anymore.
