You do realize waiting a month would cost you a month of seniority at American, right? That's called honesty. If a person only wants to fly a jet there are plenty of places he or she can do that. If they want to miss months of income at AA by delaying an interview here, that's to their own peril

In the grand scheme of things, missing a couple of months seniority at AA is not that big of a deal as long as you get there. This whole "hurry up and get there yesterday" mentality is bad for the industry and the reason places like allatps are raping people of a financially stable future. I agree with the concept of getting in as soon as possible, but don't make it sound like it's the end for the world if you don't. There will always be opportunity out there for the properly networked and motivated individual.

I know people who have missed getting furloughed by a month and whohave been furloughed by a month. Seniority is EVERYTHING. If they are going to come here anyway... Why wait?

I notice you guys got 627. Have they said what the plan is for when these airframes reach 40000 cycles? 627 is about 5200 away.

170/175's to transition in starting in late 2017... we'll get a good 4 years out of the ENY hand me downs. Thanks for your concern!

Good for you. Screw all those pesky SCOPE clauses and contracts for delivery slots the other guys have. Nothing is going to stand in the way of you caressing that CCD with your left hand and caressing yourself with the right.

Just as official as when I said we were getting 145's when everyone said we weren't getting anything. What that source is isn't for you. Sorry. You'll just have to not believe me.

SO MAD! Oh man, sorry dude. Don't care. And yes, these aren't additional air frames. Use your HEAD. What's happening right now within the regional industry? You're not very smart but I think you will see what I'm getting at. Not. Additional. Airplanes. Within current scope. Not sure why you're so worried and mad (sad?) about this. Air frames coming back in house. That's good.
