And it's percentage of cost. I'd venture to guess that Mesa's PPO plan is a cheaper lower tier plan (higher deductibles, less coverage) than PDT's based on those numbers.

Thanks. That is outrageously high at Mesa. Piedmont looks pretty good though.

Goes up in steps over 5 years and the 5 years doesn't begin until jet number 4 enters service. Soon isn't quite the word for it.

.You're right. It goes up 5% every year after the 4th jet arrives.

Basically it's the share of health insurance cost, so at PDT were at 18% of cost, so if the plan costs $1000 per month the company pays $720 and the pilot would pay $180.

Sounds like it's the opposite at Mesa percentage wise.
