Agreed - and add Air Canada to that list. Two large North American based carriers will operate it before JB could get its hands on one. Interesting that Air Canada elected to dispose of its E190 fleet (acquired by Boeing as part of their 737-8 MAX deal) and then Delta opted out of buying those same used Air Canada E190s and instead bought the C-Series for less than the price of a CR9 each (that's the rumor). Both Air Canada and Delta opted for the C-Series over the E190 for both economic (acquisition price) and operational/performance reasons. Now would be an ideal time for JB to join the club at a lowish price as well.
I believe Korean Airlines will be next and receiving their first of 10 CS300s shortly - I read that Korean already has pilots in training:
