Spouse can come days 2 and 3. Day 1 at the training and conference center. Day 2 and everyday thereafter is across the street at the AA flight academy.

Day 2: get done around 4pm. Bus takes you all back to airport hotel. Dinner is that evening at the hotel.

Almost guaranteed you'll be in bottom 5. On the plus side your retirement number will be in the low to mid 100's.
