Will they or so they hire SIC’s directly into jet? or is it merrit based liked planesense..

I think the direct jet hires have slowed if not stopped. A lot of KA guys being transitioned now. But I’m not absolutely sure.

Highly unlikely unless you're typed in the X. The company now appears to be making a genuine effort to allow the guys the have put their time in on the King Air, transition over to the jet.

I know of new hires with over 10,000 hours of jet time going into the King Air.
