Don’t forget to note the GA in MM01 though...
Huh. Learn something every day. I do the MM01 entry but I've never ASAP'd a go around. Until they started putting these on our ipads I didn't know anyone did. I certainly would be shocked if the ASAP committee or FAA wanted to know more about one of my go arounds beyond the tower's typical "what was the reason for the go around" question.

So if I’m understanding this correctly, once you meet all requirements stipulated within the agreement and you have completed eighteen months of active service as a Captain, you will be offered an interview at Delta. The agreement states that it will meter the amount to fifteen pilots on average per month. My question is, does the metering take place before you interview (meaning you have to wait in seniority order to interview), or you interview right away and then, if you’re offered a CJO, you wait in seniority order?

Interviews are metered to 24 a month (6 being SSP repeats). If a line develops, my interpretation is that it’s not really worked in true seniority order but rather the month in which you applied (following 18 mos captain time), with those putting in their app in the same month sorted in seniority order. Following selection, movement to Delta is metered to 15 a month and the flow is in the order of interview month (again sorted by seniority within that interview month.)

This is a huge carrot that will help get eligible FOs to upgrade. My concern is the language in the agreement implies a hiring pool of at least 1 year...

If the situation warrants it, GO AROUND, besides we get paid by the minute right? Don't try to play hero and salvage a bad approach for whatever reason when a go around is a safe viable option. (barring a fire or wing falling off, I can't think of a reason a go around shouldn't be safer than a bad approach and forced landing)

If people are at all successful in their interviews there will almost definitely be a pool. Since the 180 is applied yearly they could wait until the last few months of the year to send the majority of pilots. It seems it will be very similar to the SSP in that you might wait a year to a year and a half after your get your cjo before you actually go to Delta.

Waiting 12-18 months after receiving a CJO from Delta while earning the highest rates in the regional industry isn't a terrible situation to be in. No need to lock myself in for 3-4 years for some other airlines bonuses to fully vest. I'll take more money now, thank you very much.

Stop trying to make this out to be such a road block to one's career. I'd gladly take my number and wait in line to make the move. Will still be a faster mainline transition for me than where I was at my previous gig.

Ok, so why is there a restriction on not being in a training freeze when you apply for your DGI interview, but not a restriction such as this to actually move to Delta...? Color me confused...

OR.....I’ll put my name in the hat and not roll the dice. Go to a wholly owned regional that respects their feed. Your news is old. I speak from experience do you? Stop feeding these young hungry pilots bull**** !
