Quote: It was temporary. The cancelled 3 March class was put back on the calendar on 16 March. And ALPA had a GoFundMe that has raised over $48,000 to help them out. Hopefully this won't hurt any of them too badly.
It appears my source at UA mis-spoke. The 16th class is NOT intended for those who were cancelled on the third.

Their UA MEC chair reached out to those affected by the cancellation, and offered their resources to assist the new hires. The GoFundMe, while not ALPA as I stated above, is here if anyone wishes to see the progress:

Quote: JB can't afford to panic and stop classes because so many people are jumping ship. When check airmen are bailing out, all the HighFlight and Hyperboy hot air JB sycophantism in the world can't cover for the massive deficiencies at JB.

If they want to staff the airline, something is going to have to give... unless Stockholm syndrome is more prevalent at JB than we think.
We lost 21 last year in Jan and Feb. 29 this year. MASSIVE losses so far this year.

Yeah, it's only up 30%+ year over year. A lot of people are saying everything Blue is great!

I hope none of them were in that cancelled United class.

If the legacies freeze hiring our attrition will dry up. The whole industry will become stagnant. We’re 1/3rd of the way there.
