It took about 3 months for me from application to interview and hire.

I was just reviewing my application on the Kalitta web page and noticed an area that asks for "talent or skills" or some verbiage like that (I've already forgotten the exact word used).

Does anybody have an idea what they are looking for there?

Do you have the uncanny ability to get free drinks at any bar in the world? Can you find your way back to the hotel on The Chinese train system after said night of free drinks?

Just put something that would be relevant to a flying job. Are you a champion aerobatic pilot? Do you speak relevant languages? Did you do something awesome that would spark a conversation? (Win at Indy, fight off a grizzly bear with your hands, etc). That’s your chance to stand out. Just keep it professional since HR guys read that.

I have an interview coming up this month can someone please direct me to an interview gouge? I’ve tried looking back through the forum threads but I’m not finding what I’m looking for.
